Under the overpass of Wenfeng Avenue on Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway in Yingbin Park, Anyang City, Henan Province, a group of men and women are dancing and keeping fit every afternoon. Anyang is a prefecture-level city in Henan Province, which was called Yin, Yecheng, Ye Jun, Xiangzhou and Zhangde in ancient times. It is located in the northernmost part of Henan province, at the junction of Henan, Shanxi and Hebei provinces.
