If you haven't even learned the basics and only know how to do movements, I think this is not a qualified coach. In the process of obtaining the fitness instructor certificate, you will naturally learn the corresponding knowledge. Fitness will help you find your tough and brave side, so as to find a brand-new self and feel confident for yourself who is healthy, sunny and tough.
