Traveling to Nansha District, if you only take some scenic spots, two or three days will be enough. I have been to Nansha District several times before, visited many places worth punching in, and compiled a strategy for a two-day tour. If you are interested in traveling, you can use it as a reference.
First go to Nansha Tianhou Palace, then visit Dajiaoshan Binhai Park and Zhou Pu Garden.
Located at the southern foot of Dajiao Mountain and facing the Pearl River Estuary, Nansha Tianhou Palace is the largest Mazu Tempel in Guangdong and even Southeast Asia.
The whole Tianhou Palace is built on the mountain, which looks like a magnificent ancient palace. Climb the observation deck at the top of the mountain and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lingdingyang from a wide angle.
Dajiaoshan Binhai Park is located on the island road next to Tianhou Palace. This is a seaside park full of subtropical customs. There are not only beautiful lawns, but also beautiful coastal greenways and evergreen mangroves. Before the summer vacation, the phoenix flowers in the park are always in full bloom in the wind, embellishing the whole atmosphere with fantastic enthusiasm.
China's coastline is tortuous, and many cities have seaside parks, but Guangzhou is not near the sea, and Dajiaoshan Seaside Park is particularly precious.
Zhou Pu Garden is a botanical garden conceived and funded by Henry Fok himself, including Shuishi Garden, Palm Garden and other plant theme parks. The street with the highest value is the water town, which is equivalent to a replica of the water town in the south of the Yangtze River. The buildings with white walls and tiles are matched with small bridges and flowing water, and the beautiful scenery of Dajiao Mountain presents a poetic and classical artistic conception.
Visit Nansha Wetland Park, Nansha Waterbird World Ecological Park, Million Sunflower Garden, Jiujiuyong, and then return.
Nansha Wetland Park is located between 18th and 19th Chung in Wanqingsha Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou. It is the largest wetland park in Guangzhou, and the only coastal wetland park, with protection as the mainstay and tourism as the supplement.
The ecological environment here is very good. Every year, more than 6.5438 million migratory birds come here for the winter, and many birds live here at other times.
Mangroves and reeds are beautiful landscapes of Nansha Wetland Park, which is a photographer's paradise every summer when lotus flowers are in full bloom.
Nansha Waterbird World Ecological Park is next to the Wetland Park. There are all kinds of common and uncommon waterfowl living in the park. Among them, there are as many as 48 species of national first-and second-class protected animals. Peacocks, pelicans, mandarin ducks and ostriches are well known to tourists, but high-value red-crowned cranes in West Africa are rare. Like elegant gentlemen and ladies, they can be the focus of casual strolling.
Nansha Waterbird World Ecological Park consists of Huashu Island, Palm Island and other islands. The water system in the park is dense, and the whole garden landscape has strong Southeast Asian characteristics. Creative architectural works dotted on the river bank are the most attractive visual landscape except waterfowl.
Million sunflower garden is located in Xinken 15 Chung, Wanqingsha Town, Nansha District. This is the first sunflower theme park in China. Hotels in the park are decorated like fairy tales, and there are many amusement projects and places to punch in.
There are as many as 6,543,800 sunflowers in Million Sunflower Garden, which is particularly spectacular when it is in full bloom. The sunflower chicken here is very distinctive. It is said that they grew up with sunflower seeds as snacks, and the meat is delicious, which can't be eaten anywhere else.
Shijiuyong Fisherman's Wharf is located near Xianghai Road in Nansha District. There is a comprehensive seafood market here. Some tourists like to buy seafood in the market and then take it to a nearby restaurant and ask the chef to help them process it.
Nineteen Chung has a strong rural flavor and has now become a popular punching place.
There are many hotels in Nansha District. If you want a beautiful environment and high service quality, you can consider staying at Nansha Garden Hotel.
We recommend Liubao Farm, Garden and Qijia Meijia Restaurant, all of which have specialties.
Driving is very convenient. You can also take Guangzhou Metro Line 4 to Nansha Passenger Terminal, where Tianhou Palace, Dajiaoshan Binhai Park and Zhou Pu Garden are all nearby. To Million Kwai Garden, Nansha Wetland Park, Nansha Waterbird World Ecological Park and Jiujiuyong, you can take the South 25 short-distance bus outside Wanqingsha Station of Guangzhou Metro 18 Line. It is recommended to take the short-distance bus at South 25, with fewer stops, which can save time.
