1. Hold the handrail above the elliptical machine gently with both hands, and step on it with both feet in turn. After the movements of your hands and feet adapt and reach a coordinated level, gradually accelerate the push and pull of your hands.
2. The elliptical machine can move back and forth in two directions. It is suggested that you can move forward for 3 minutes and then move backward for 3 minutes before exercise. It is advisable to do 4-5 groups at a time, and the practice time of one group should be kept within 5-6 minutes.
