The 007 community was born in "getting the APP" and grew up under the traffic. My personal judgment is that many of his acting styles are particularly impressive. The fundamental difference between them is that it has achieved profit, while 007 has no profit channel at present. This week, the membership fee has just been adjusted to a unified 399 yuan, which should be to attract more "onlookers" to join. Anyway, in the past two days, the community has proposed "654.38+ 10,000 people".
1. So 007, as a product, also needs to complete the "three-stage rocket" process of the product (Liang Ning talked about it in the product thinking class). At present, the good news is that there is a "leader" in the sheepfold.
2.007 has not released its own APP yet, and the most important "operation center" for practice is like a big grocery store. There are few specific measures to guide the improvement of the most important writing skills for all members, and there is a lack of "systematic learning input".
The problem of 3.007 is that it can't connect with other relatively large-flow products, relying on internal word-of-mouth marketing, and the disorderly expansion is obvious. Generally speaking, people who walk in front of the community will act as guides and NPC guides for others, but this will be more enthusiastic and unprofessional.
4. Lack of event-level marketing planning. It's too long to go to the South Pole after seven years. Writing, the core service support, has not been done enough.
5. The distinction between users is not obvious, and the age span is unusually large. From 62 to 8 years old, it is found all over the world, which easily leads to the problem of uncoordinated rhythm. I don't think it is a long-term solution.
6.007er Building a "stratum" and "making growth traceable" is actually building a credit system to assist the growth of every 007er. There is not a particularly convenient and available personal achievement management system in the whole management system, and the points system was just announced this week.
7. The next step is not obvious. At present, it only solves the problem of loneliness of learners. I don't know where it is now (blue ocean) (there is a "blockchain" direction, and there is an essay activity on the icon layer), but the response is not great, and the direction of realization is not focused.
8.007 has a similar closed loop, but it is not good at all in the "circle layer". Based on this "private meeting", it is predicted that in the future, 007, a car will be equipped with Astrotrain. It should be said that the starting gun for harvesting attention has already started. At present, we should be at the forefront, and more opportunities are reserved for the first batch of people who share soup.

Although I have listed many problems in this community above, there are still many bright spots worthy of our affirmation and learning. 007er has a mysterious substance called belief. This group of people actively welcome the tide of "lifelong learning" with open arms. Let me expand my thinking and describe the different wonders in detail:
1. Each class needs to change the management team once a month, and the management team will get a relatively complete training, including the monitor training camp and the monthly training camp. This mechanism stimulates the enthusiasm of class members, and also gives everyone a reason to get together at the end of the month. You know, a reasonable party reason will bring too much fun to life.
At the same time, it can make the behavior of public welfare volunteers continue and ensure that the environment of each "sheepfold" is dry and pleasant.
2. Community rules give writing, the core behavior, more meaning and motivation. The significance is that this is a solid foundation for personal growth, just like building a personal temple, and every article is sacred; Motivation is reflected in homework review. People are born with the psychology of keeping up with the joneses, and we will not be content to be inferior. Of course, many times we just want to be like excellent comrades-in-arms, and have a relatively strong internal drive.
The greatest wealth of this community is people, and the second greatest wealth is their ideological quality. The fundamental reason why the community can survive is that the ideas we see here are at least not too bad, and it can be regarded as a good protection mechanism for our own scarce resources such as attention, energy and time.
4. Every class, even everyone, may organize distinctive sharing activities. If we look at this matter in an abstract way, it is too much like an excellent lesson of "get". I have participated in many similar activities, such as opening ceremony, topic sharing, monthly rotation and so on. The most valuable thing is the sharing of guests. I regard their sharing as an excellent lesson every time. Listening from another angle is full of gains.
5. Healthy life is the pursuit of 007er. They are a group of people who deserve to enjoy pride and confidence. Many of these excellent 007er are advocates of the concept of healthy living, and they often see lovers of positive energy activities such as fitness, going to bed early and getting up early, learning English, and mindfulness. Their healthy attitude towards life enables us to laugh at life when we are frustrated and treat it lightly when we are proud.
6.007 The members of this community are complex, and there are always a group of excellent people. You can always find someone to learn and follow. And they are still making progress when you are making progress, so there is almost no limit to growing up in this community. This is a good growth organization.
7. Many people have established their own brands through this community and completed brand promotion and growth. We all know that brand thinking is part of elite thinking. Whether the brand can develop or not at least provides a driving range for everyone in this community. I think this kind of practice and practice opportunity is urgently needed by every practitioner.
8. This community is a global organization. We can find colleagues in China and abroad. Of course, we are limited by our bodies, and our activities will be centered on the city. This offline gathering in the same city provides a good exchange opportunity, which is conducive to our exchange of needed goods between 007 and expanding our own resource system. Through the offline gathering, we can find the importance of "hard work" and "continuous iteration", which can bring great encouragement to everyone involved.
9. The best survival wisdom is: meet excellent people and do the right thing. Excellent or not, in fact, it is easy for everyone to see clearly in the comparison, and it is difficult to draw a conclusion whether things are correct or not, but with so many people in the community helping us try, it is still quite difficult for us to choose the wrong one.
10. Finally, I want to talk about the most important thing: friendship.
There is a view that our wisdom is determined by the average IQ of our five closest friends. Only by having a positive friend can our happiness increase. There are so many people gathered in this community that we can obviously think of two words from what they think: reliable.
Making friends is also a core topic in life. When I was a child, I learned: make more friends, make fewer bad friends, and the road is easy with more friends. According to my past experience, judging whether a friend is worth socializing with is actually a huge risk. Many times, when we find it not worth meeting, we have invested too much time, energy and money.
