Flood control is not only related to the safety of the dams of the three power stations of Shaoneng Group, but also to the safety of people's lives and property on both sides of Lei River. The annual flood control plan of the city is made by themselves, and they personally dispatch it. They always know when the flood will come and how big the flood peak is, and contact and report to the leaders of the company and the municipal flood control office in time. In recent years, this work has been well received by our city and Hengyang city.

Second, strengthen the staff's professional training, and strive to bring good classes.

Although hydrological dispatchers sit in front of the office computer, their work is actually monotonous. They deal with hydrological figures every day and are on duty 24 hours a day. Therefore, few people want to go to this position. At the beginning of 20xx, two people left at once, resulting in insufficient technical strength. At the critical moment, Comrade Xie Jiefeng was ordered to take on the heavy responsibility of the monitor. Summary of hydrological work. Make preparations before the flood season.

According to the hydrological work and hydrological test tasks in 20XX years, based on the requirements of flood control and drought relief, we should make early arrangements, make early preparations, organize carefully, and make good preparations for pre-flood tests. Before the flood season, the hydrological test instruments and equipment of 12 water and rain stations and 5 underground water stations in the whole region shall be maintained, and the water level gauge, rain gauge and current meter shall be mainly debugged to ensure normal operation. Strictly follow the working principle of "strict, accurate and fast", strictly implement "one calculation and two corrections" and accurately calculate every hydrological data. Successfully completed the collection, calculation, review and reorganization of groundwater data in 20XX, hydrological data in1-May and survey data, and reported them to the provincial hydrological management center in time.

Third, complete the hydrological test.

VI. List of "5+ 1" hydrological flood control projects

According to the task requirements of "five major projects" and "short board supplement" issued by the Provincial Water Resources Department, the project was invited for bidding on May 19, and the winning price was 1 186500 yuan. Hydrological information forecasting is still the top priority of hydrological work. Third, do a good job in the reorganization of hydrological data.

According to the requirements of "reporting hydrological data once every quarter" by the Provincial Hydrological Management Center, according to the relevant specifications such as Hydrological Test Specification, Hydrological Data Compilation Specification and Station Task Book, and strictly following the three-word working principle of "strictness, accuracy and speed", we strictly implement "one calculation and two schools" for each hydrological data. The station is the front line of hydrological work, and the forecasting work directly deals with floods and bad waves, which is dangerous to some extent. As the Bajiahu Lake Station, the test facilities were inspected, repaired and maintained before and after the flood season, and the personal safety protection equipment was relatively complete. However, the early stage workers did not fully realize the importance of safety in production, especially the potential safety hazards at the job site. As a narrow river course in mountainous areas, the water flow is fast, the flood erosion is serious, and the bank velocity is relatively high, so the bank protection measures are not in place. In addition, it is also dangerous to closely observe the water level and water temperature during the flood. In addition, the new waterway section is under construction on the bridge this year, and the height of the bridge is too short and dangerous. After my station reflected this situation in time, it attracted the attention of the bureau leaders. In order to ensure the safety of observation in the station, the bureau leaders personally repaired two observation sections with hidden dangers in our station on August 14 and August 17, which solved the hidden dangers and improved the safety awareness of the whole station staff ideologically.

Third, strengthen hydrological forecasting and complete the test task.

Although the water volume is small this year, the water levels of major rivers have changed greatly, especially in the main flood season. The water rises from 18 to 20 o'clock every afternoon, and reaches the highest water level from 10 to 0 o'clock in the morning. For safety reasons, only gay men can be arranged on duty at night. When the self-recording well can't be used normally, we have a good grasp of the daily water level change process through careful analysis. In case of rainstorm or water situation, our station will report the water situation in time. On the night of August 2nd 10, an alert flow occurred in Jingou River with a peak flow of 88.7m3/s, and the downstream water conservancy project did not suffer losses. Therefore, it was recognized by the leaders of Jingouhe Management Office. At the same time, Jinmao Power Generation Co., Ltd. also sent a message of condolences and spoke highly of the work done by our station.

When new problems such as river trunk line, canal trunk line, power station amplitude modulation, synthetic flow and upstream construction are encountered in hydrological forecasting and data calculation, they can be reported to the business department and hydrological department in time. Under the guidance of the staff of the two departments and the unremitting efforts of the staff of our station, the investigation of water, flow and sediment in 20xx has exceeded the task, and the monthly data of the main flood season has been checked by the business department as excellent. Throughout the flood season, there was no error in hydrological forecasting, and the hydrological service contract signed by our bureau with Jingouhe Management Office and Shawan Flood Control Office was successfully completed during the year.

Fourth, strengthen environmental construction and improve the lives of employees.

In our daily life, we always keep the station environment clean and tidy. Environmental construction of stations is as important as forecasting. Therefore, the station will arrange each employee to be on duty, regularly clean indoor and outdoor sanitation, weed control, and clean doors and windows, so that everyone can consciously complete it.

In order to improve everyone's living environment, Qixin Qi Xin will work together to overcome all difficulties to beautify their homes, expand vegetable varieties and improve everyone's life. At the end of August, under the care of the bureau leaders, the renovation project of dilapidated houses in our station was officially launched. During this period, the staff of our station actively assisted in supervising the work. At present, the main project has been basically completed.

In order to enrich everyone's spiritual and cultural life, I opened a broadband network in early June. Bureau leaders also subsidized the broadband fee of our station accordingly. The flood season brought us a lot of fitness equipment and books, which made the monotonous station life more colorful, broadened our horizons and adapted to the development and changes of the times.
