Shi Fo Village is the first batch of village planning demonstration villages of Shangcai County Construction Bureau. Shi Fo Village is a large village with a large population. There is a market in the village, and every household engages in farming. However, the long-term disorderly development of aquaculture makes the village lack of qualified layout, which seriously affects the environmental sanitation in the village. In just three years, Shi Fo Village has changed from a dirty village to a demonstration village of new rural construction in Shangcai County.
