Is the gym attendant tired?
The work in the gym is not as decent as we thought. Everyone except the front desk belongs to the gym. The salesman in the gym needs to go out to recruit students by himself.

First, the work is very hard.

People who often go to the gym will find that most of the employees in the gym are boys. Except for the little sister who opened the card at the front desk, everyone else's work is very tense. Some big gyms have cleaning aunts, so these employees don't have to clean. However, in some small and medium-sized gymnasiums, these fitness instructors have to get up early to clean up every morning, and they have to clean the place after all members leave at night, so they work very long hours every day. Maybe for those of us who go to the gym occasionally, we think the gym is a good place for recreation, but for these workers, they are used to this place and will not find it interesting anymore. They are under all kinds of pressures when they go to work every day, which will make them feel very tired both physically and psychologically.

Second, the salary depends on the commission.

The basic salary of fitness instructors in gyms is very low, because most of their performance depends on commission. As far as I know, the basic salary of several gyms is the same as the local minimum standard, so if you have no performance, your salary this month is not enough to meet your basic life, and you may even fall behind. When these fitness instructors have no courses, they have to go out as salesmen and recruit more students by distributing leaflets. They basically don't have much rest time every day, and most of them are working. Because the final salary is linked to the commission, they have to work very hard.

Every industry has its own hardships, but we outsiders can't see them. All bosses are smart, and if it's an easy job, they are definitely not willing to give high-tech rewards. Therefore, the work of the gym, like other jobs, has to bear pressure and must work hard to get results.
