What material is the plastic track made of?
The plastic track is made of waste tire rubber, polyurethane prepolymer, additive, EPDM particles or polyurethane particles, mixed polyether, pigment and filler. Plastic track, also known as all-weather track and field track, has certain elasticity and color, high compressive strength, good flatness and certain ultraviolet resistance. The main components of plastic track are acrylic acid and high-quality resin.

The plastic standard runway is 400 meters long and consists of two parallel straight lines and two corners with equal radius. The inside of the runway should be delimited by a protruding edge made of suitable material. The length of the runway shall be measured from the outer edge of the protruding edge 30cm inside the runway, or from the outer edge of the sign line 20cm if there is no protruding edge.

Plastic runways are generally used in kindergartens, schools, professional stadiums, track and field runways, semi-circular areas, auxiliary areas, national fitness paths, indoor gymnasium training runways, playground pavements, indoor and outdoor runways, tennis, basketball, volleyball, badminton, handball and other venues, parks and residential areas.

After the plastic track is laid, it needs to be laid for 7- 10 days before it can be used. Plastic track is used for sports practice, competition and students' static fitness, and is not suitable for other purposes. Usually, water should be sprayed frequently for cleaning. After cleaning, a large amount of residual water on the rubber surface can be removed with a dry cloth.
