Group running activities include bag storage, warm-up before running, horse racing, stretching and replenishment after running ... once a week, which is very attractive. Now that I have such an opportunity, I will try to seize it, get to know more MBA students, expand my contacts, exercise my body and improve my personality charm.

2. About fitness

I still remember what I encouraged myself in those years: I don't know when I can afford a villa with a swimming pool and a basketball court, and I don't know when I can make an annual salary of one million. But at present, all I can do is keep fit, because keeping fit requires self-discipline. Reduce your weight to below 140 and build strong muscles. 3. About reading

In fact, I didn't like reading books since I was a child, and I was not interested in all kinds of extracurricular books, cartoons and novels. I often can't grasp the key points of the book, and I am distracted when I look at it. Is it because I got it on paper and finally felt shallow? I remember when I was in college, a classmate loved e-books and read novels until late at night every day. For me, books are hypnotic weapons. No matter how wonderful the novel is, I will feel sleepy after reading it. If I read in bed at night 10, I can fall asleep in less than 10 minutes. Mobile phone now, Kindle? Compared with traditional paper books, electronic paper books are more difficult for me to swallow. I will watch them for a few minutes and then brush my mobile phone for a while, and I often get stuck in it, even though I have uninstalled the time thief when I take the postgraduate entrance examination.
