Considering the characteristics of students in China, American Airlines Group has set up a student management department to manage students' discipline and logistics.

In terms of student discipline management, a student flight brigade was established, with several squadrons and squads (the squad is based on the dormitory). The brigade consists of discipline inspection department, study department, life department and culture and sports department. Student cadres are: a captain, a minister of various ministries, a squadron leader and a monitor. The transportation for students from the apartment to the airport is provided by the school.
