Independent villa (residence)

Most of these houses have basements, half underground and half exposed. But there are independent sanitary facilities and kitchens, which are separate from the landlord's house and do not interfere with each other. Of course, some of them don't have a basement, but they are directly on the first floor, but the rent is a little more expensive. Sometimes the landlord will rent out the room upstairs, but he must use the sanitary equipment and kitchen with the owner. The rent of this kind of housing is basically above 300 Canadian dollars in big cities. The rent includes hot and cold water, heating, electricity and TV. If the host agrees to let you use the phone, the phone bill can also be saved.

Townhouse

This kind of house is a bit like a conjoined villa in China, but it's not exactly the same. Many of its floors are underground, and only a few of them are exposed to the ground, so it is inconvenient to go in and out with the landlord. However, the rent of this kind of house is the cheapest of all rental houses. The rent of this kind of housing includes the same service content as that of an independent villa.

In addition, there are differences between rented houses with furniture and houses with furniture. Of course, rented houses with furniture are more expensive. The rents in different lots also vary greatly. Sometimes renting an independent villa requires helping the landlord mow the grass and sweep the snow and other foreign affairs. So think carefully before renting a house.
