What is the size standard of the treadmill?
People's Republic of China (PRC) national standard GB 17498.6-2008 Part 6: Special safety requirements and test methods for treadmills.

This standard is equivalent to ISO 20957-6: 2005 "Fixed fitness equipment Part 6: Additional special safety requirements and test methods for treadmills".

This standard specifies the main size range of treadmills from the perspective of safety:

Minimum length and width of running surface of electric treadmill: Grade A/KLOC-0 1200mm×400mm;; ; Grade b/kloc-0 1200mm×400mm;; ; Class c 1000mm×325mm.

Minimum length and width of running surface of human treadmill: Class B1000 mm× 400 mm; ; Class c 1000mm×325mm.

Side armrest/front handle

The front handle should have the minimum width (the width of the running surface +50mm) and be symmetrical with the longitudinal axis of the running surface; The vertical height of the running surface is 800 mm to 950 mm.

Measured from the center of the handrails on both sides, the maximum spacing should be 900 mm The length of handrails on each side shall not be less than 30% of the length of running surface.
