Xiangjiang Scenic Belt is located on Xiangjiang Avenue in Changsha, starting from the planned Heishipu Bridge in Changsha Xiangjiang River in the south and ending at the northern end of Moon Island in the north. Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt was built in 1995. It consists of more than ten leisure fitness squares, green belts and historical and cultural landscapes, and integrates flood control, sightseeing, tourism, leisure and fitness functions. Features: Leisure promenade and sculpture are the main landscapes, with various forms of Little Square, landscape sketches, lighting and other supporting facilities, combined with planting a variety of trees and shrubs, reflecting the unique scenery on both sides of the strait. Tour route: Heishipu Bridge, north to the northern end of Moon Island. Including the Eight Scenes of Xiangjiang River, the newly-built Dufu Pavilion and various sculptures and landscapes.
Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt is also an open-air stage of folk art. Walking along the river, from time to time, the singing of Hunan local operas and ancient paintings came. Second stop: Yuelu Academy
Yuelu Academy is located in the east of Yuelu Mountain in Changsha City, Hunan Province, adjacent to Xiangjiang River. 1988+ 13 was approved by the State Council as the third batch of national key cultural relics protection units on June 3rd, and it is an important tourist spot in Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area. The Academy was founded in the ninth year of Kaibao in the Northern Song Dynasty (976). After the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, the institutions of higher learning in Hunan (1903) also regarded Yuelu Academy as its predecessor in the late Qing Dynasty. Today's Hunan University is near the former site of Yuelu Academy, and it is named as a secondary college.
The Imperial Bookstore in the front corner of the Wumen Gate, formerly known as Bagua Building. It was built in the 42nd year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1703) to commemorate Emperor Kangxi's visit to the temple. In the 20th year of Qianlong reign in Qing Dynasty (1762), it was renamed Imperial Bookstore because of the inscription "Bing Yi Gankun" in Kangxi Imperial Book. The shape of the building is neat and energetic, beautiful and spectacular. Building height17.04m, with two floors and three eaves resting on the top of the mountain. The front eaves of the ground floor protrude in the middle, and the arched roof is built on it. There are three buildings in the back, rolled into sheds. This style of embracing the front and building the rear is a special case in Qing architecture. Houbao Gorge faces Chongning Hall, and there are stone grooves on the edge of the abutment, and holes are left on the wooden columns. In case of offering sacrifices to a temple fair, it can be paved with wooden boards and used as a music building to reward the gods.
Third stop: Love Night Pavilion
Aiwan Pavilion is located in Xia Qingfeng Canyon, Yuelu Mountain, Hunan Province, which runs from east to west and is surrounded by mountains on three sides. Founded in the 57th year of Qing Qianlong (1792), it was originally named Hongye Pavilion by Luo Dian, Dean of Yuelu Academy, and later named by Bi Yuan, Governor of Huguang. According to Du Mu, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, "There are people in the depths of the white clouds. Stop and sit in the maple forest late, and the frost leaves are red in February. " The poem "Mountain Walking" was renamed "Love Night Pavilion". After many overhauls from Tongzhi, Chu Guang, Xuan Tong, the Republic of China to the founding of the People's Republic of China, it gradually formed today's pattern. This pavilion, together with Zuiweng Pavilion in Chuzhou, Anhui Province (built at 1046), Huxin Pavilion in West Lake, Hangzhou (built at 1552) and Taoranting Pavilion in Taoranting Park, Beijing (built at 1695), is one of the four famous pavilions in China, and is a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit. Love Night Pavilion is a revolutionary activity resort. In Mao Zedong's youth, he studied in the First Normal University, and often went to Yuelu Academy with Luo Xuezan and Zhang Kundi, and met Cai Hesen under the Love Night Pavilion to talk about the current situation and explore the truth. The pavilion was destroyed in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, rebuilt on 1952 and overhauled on 1987. The pavilion with double eaves and eight columns, glazed tiles and pavilion corners fly up, which looks like flying from a distance. There are painted algae wells in the pavilion, and the "Love Evening Pavilion" on the east and west sides of the pavilion is written in gold on a red background, which was personally inscribed by Li Da, then president of Hunan University. He invited President Mao Zedong to write a letter. There is a monument in the pavilion, engraved with the poem "Qinyuanchun Changsha" inscribed by President Mao Zedong, which makes the ancient pavilion colorful. The pavilion is surrounded by mountains on three sides, more than ten feet east, horizontal and vertical, and green and flowing springs. There is a pool in front of the pavilion, peach Liu Chengxing. Surrounded by maple trees, the mountains are covered with red leaves in late autumn. The stone pillar in front of the pavilion is engraved with couplets: "The mountain path is red and comfortable at dusk, and 500 peaches are newly planted; The gorge clouds are dark green, and a pair of tamed cranes are waiting for the cage. " Love Evening Pavilion has a great influence on the pavilions in China, and it can be called a classic building among pavilions.
