Squat and hard pull are the main movements that can't be ignored as fitness or bodybuilding training. There is no king of power. This is misleading and also a limitation of understanding. Squats focus on the second half of the thigh according to the amplitude and standing distance. The straight leg hard pull is a relatively good stimulus to the biceps femoris, which can provide you with more stable support when doing other movements.
