During my work, I kept running between the emergency room and the debridement and suture room, and there were a steady stream of trauma patients. This should be put in the past, so high-intensity duty, oneself is certainly too much.

The change brought by fitness is definitely not just a few extra muscles. I find that fitness is very helpful to upgrade my brain operating system.
