Simulating a smooth road is a continuous endurance training. Sometimes you bend down, wave, and dance with the music to every excited cell in your body! Don't be afraid to bend sharply occasionally, but it will tilt and speed up the traffic. The downhill sprint also means that the course is coming to an end. Some people will choose to leave at this time, but this is the most important moment in the whole rotation course! In other words, all the previous curriculum arrangements were only for the last high-intensity downhill simulation.

Ultra-fast rhythm is a necessary condition for simulating downhill, and it would be better if a few seconds' interval could be arranged in the middle. Compared with traditional spinning, Fu Xiao's style is more inclined to technology spinning. Just like dance movements, the more beats, the harder it is to remember the continuous movements. But using the brain combined with muscle memory in exercise is a completely different way of exercise. If Lao Guo's style is compared with rugby and American football, then Fu Xiao is closer to golf or tennis.

Whether Lao Guo, Fu Xiao, Xiao Chao or Zhou Shuai, they are all working hard for the work they love. Although they are much older, I really admire their serious attitude! Rotation is also more diversified and full of fun because of the coach's input. When you often sweat, you can forget the troubles caused by trivial things in life and exercise happily!
