If you just want muscles, do 30 push-ups for about 2 minutes every day, then breathe for half a minute, do pull-ups 1 minute, rest for about half a minute, then do three squats in 1 group for about 4 minutes, and then don't think those muscles are not obvious when showing your figure.

Want that kind of healthy muscle, 10 minutes is not enough, at least 1 hour.
