Bozhou Wuqinxi consists of five kinds of actions that imitate animals. It is said that it was created by Hua Tuo, a physician in the Eastern Han Dynasty. On 2011June 10, Bozhou hua tuo wuqinxi was selected into the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage list published by the State Council.
2. Dong's Wuqinxi
Dong inherited 54 movements (tiger play 13, deer play 9, bear play 9, ape play 10, bird play 13). In addition, there are three kinds of exercises, namely mutual training, mutual training, monkey beating and stupid bear beating, crane beating and simplified/relaxed five-bird beating (three strokes for each stroke, *** 15 style). In 200 1 year, after the establishment of the Fitness Qigong Management Center of the State Sports General Administration, Shanghai Institute of Physical Education was entrusted to quickly carry out the excavation, arrangement and research of Wuqinxi. And compiled and published "Fitness Qigong Wuqinxi", which was published by People's Sports Publishing House in 2003.
The movements of "Fitness Qigong Wuqinxi" are arranged according to the order of tigers, deer, bears, apes and birds in the annals of the Three Kingdoms, and the number of movements is recorded in Tao Hongjing's Health Record.
