Eating soil fitness
I am a person who has just graduated from college for less than a year. Like many peers, I am confused about the future. After four years in college, I can talk about fitness and reading. Because I am confused, I choose to read and read a lot of books on psychology and thinking, in order to know more about myself and be less confused. So I spend one or two hundred yuan on books every month, and there are two bookshelves at home just to buy books.

Because I am thin, I choose to keep fit, keep learning theoretical knowledge and train hard, because I think doing one thing well will make me rise from 105 kg to 160 kg in just four years. This hobby also makes me more and more confident, and also makes me interested in fitness.

When I graduated, because I didn't know what to do, I wasn't very cold about my major. So I carefully thought about the general direction of job hunting in the future and judged that any industry in the future should be combined with the Internet. So when the students were taking exams for civil servants, teachers and tour guides one after another, I found an Internet operation course to study online, considering the relative competitive relationship (in another article), so I made full preparations during the interview, so I was lucky enough to enter the internship of Ali Department Company.

I have been practicing for five months, but I can't stay in Ali Department because I have to go back to school for one month. I also did two internet jobs after graduation. Although the company has some structural problems, I am impetuous. I think my figure is not bad. I have enough self-taught fitness professional knowledge in the past four years, and my friends in the fitness circle are constantly encouraging me. Therefore, I mistakenly thought that I could get along better in the fitness circle than in the Internet circle, so I started my personal career for three months while taking the National Physical Fitness Association Personal Trainer Certification (NSCA).

But when I really entered the fitness industry, I found that the reality was far from what I planned. I thought that with my body shape and professional knowledge, I could finish teaching naturally, even if I hit a wall, it was expected, but it turns out that my hobbies and occupations are completely different.

1, users can't tell the pros and cons of coaches.

Now the threshold of fitness industry is low, and you can buy domestic professional certificates. As long as you spend thousands of dollars to buy a certificate, you can go to work immediately, resulting in a large number of "fake coaches" working in the gym for three days. The most terrible thing is that consumers can't tell the professional level of coaches. As long as they fool consumers into buying classes, this is the embodiment of a high level. However, such coaches can't provide users with good services, which leads to a bad reputation of the coaching profession, which in turn leads to the situation that bad money drives out good money, which will not be described here.

2, fitness industry special punishment system

A month is divided into four performance days (some are six performance days). If the sales target is not achieved on that day, a fine will be imposed. On the basis of the minimum of 200, the fine will be gradually increased. And the working hours are generally 10 in the morning and 10 in the evening. When the sales target is not completed, not only will you be fined 10 km, but even applying for a rest will become an extravagant hope.

As a self-learning person, although I learned a lot in a short time and successfully completed 70 classes, my members lost 8 pounds in one month (there was no index in the first two months), but later the situation became very bad, because it was useless to teach only, the gym only focused on performance, regardless of the user's effect, and private education must be performance-oriented This series of problems urges us to rethink the future.

Thinking 1: Can the fitness industry become a lifelong career?

Logically speaking, if fitness can become a lifelong career, there will definitely be many old coaches before me, but in reality I have never seen old coaches, all of them are young people. This made me think further about where these people went. In one case, they became the owners of the gym. But the problem is that a gym has 10 coaches, but only 1 0 bosses. According to logical deduction, 1 old coach has been upgraded to bosses, so the other nine old coaches should still be working, but this is not the case in reality. This means that most of the old coaches have changed careers, and few people can take the fitness industry as their lifelong career.

Thinking 2: Unexpected income from occupation.

To put it bluntly, the fitness industry is sales, not a business that can be sustained simply by liking it. Moreover, the industry itself is seasonal. When the weather is good, there will be more people exercising, and when the weather is bad, there will be fewer people exercising, so that the off-season and the peak season can be distinguished, not just by personal ability (when the weather is bad, both new and old coaches will eat dirt). This means that personal income cannot be guaranteed. Maybe this month is the peak season, with a monthly income of 23,000 yuan, but next month may be 1200, and you can never predict how much you will earn next month. As a result, there is no way to distribute property reasonably. If you spend too much this month, your income will not keep up next month, and the situation will become very bad.

Thinking 3: the conflict between one's own type and occupation

I am self-taught, and this job has made me more aware of what I really want. I think the potential value of studying when I was young is greater than my immediate income, which makes me conflict with the punishment system in the fitness industry, because I can't rest without achieving my grades, and I can't spend a lot of time reading and studying without rest time (there is no guarantee for three days' rest a month), and my mental state is also very poor. I go home to sleep after work every day, go to work when I wake up, and have no intention to improve my professional skills when I go to work.

This is completely contrary to my original idea, because as an internet person, I always think that the fastest and best way to meet the needs of users is the basis for individuals or companies to achieve development.

And this job has also brought me a lot of growth, because it has strengthened my determination to choose the direction of copywriting as my career. Assuming that I haven't tried, I won't know that I am not suitable for this "dream", so when I encounter difficulties on the career path of copywriting, I will have the illusion that "if I am in the fitness circle, I may be better".
