When you can't hold on, what gives you great spiritual motivation?
Do you believe in yourself? Do you believe in your choice? The more you believe, the power of this belief will be your great spiritual motivation, and the second is your goal. Do you know where you are going? Do you know which direction it is? Do you know the result? Seeing the desired results and goals is our motivation to move forward. No matter how many obstacles there are, that goal can always guide you.

More importantly, the encouragement and affirmation of parents, the acceptance and support of friends and relatives, because whenever we can't persist, it is the most stressful, hard and helpless time. At this time, if we have the encouragement and support of our parents and family and friends around us, we will certainly feel that no matter how difficult it is, there will be a force to push us forward and we will certainly be able to move on.

What's more, it came from a book. When we really feel desperate, open a book and see the great sages, monks and wise men in it, their life experiences and ups and downs. When we see that every successful person has ups and downs, we can look back at the pressures and difficulties we face, which will also have a strong motivation to help us stick to the past.

One of the methods I often use is to completely relax myself and stop forcing myself to do anything! When I return to peace, return to my heart and feel safe inside, my inner relaxation will also breed new strength, showing me that I am ok, I deserve better, and I have the ability to do better. This self-confidence that supports me will support me and keep going. These are the methods I use now. Does it help you? What other ways are welcome to share? For our goals, we can learn from each other and support each other.
