How to use switch fitness ring
In the adventure level, the player will run along with the scene, and the following actions can be used when running:

2. Squeeze the fitness ring down quickly to make the character jump in the air. If you keep squeezing, you can fly slowly.

3. Stretch the fitness circle outward and inhale the props and gold coins on the roadside.

In addition to these three basic operations, strokes, squats and jumps, high-altitude zip lines and other actions needed for running the map will be added in the middle and late stages.

In the process of running, the enemy will be forced to encounter several times, and the fighting method is turn-based. Players attack through a set of fitness actions. After we attack, we can put the fitness circle close to the abdomen and rely on the strength of the abdominal muscles to hold down the fitness circle for defense.

When our character's blood volume is empty, the game will fail and return to the big map. If the blood volume becomes less, you can drink and replenish blood during the battle. See below for the method of obtaining drinks. In addition, some movements also have the function of returning blood.
