If there is no abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding after hysteroscopy, simple exercise, such as walking or yoga, can be carried out after hysteroscopy for 3 days, but it is not suitable for more intense exercise, such as running, skipping rope, swimming, cycling, etc., because after hysteroscopy, the endometrium has certain damage and needs to rest. After hysteroscopy, sexual intercourse and pelvic pregnancy should be prohibited for 1 month to keep the vulva clean and hygienic. Eat light and nutritious food in the diet, drink plenty of water, and fast spicy and irritating food, so as not to cause inflammation and upward infection.
