1. Due to the particularity of physical education examination, two types of candidates can apply for exemption:

The first category is the test-free candidates who have lost their motor ability due to disability and are not subject to medical examination, and their medical examination results are scored out of 30 points;

The second category is the candidates who can't take the physical examination in physical education class because of long-term exemption due to injury, and their physical examination scores are recorded as 60% of the total scores, that is, 18 points. Candidates who apply for exemption must hold the relevant certificates issued by the statutory authorities, fill out the Application Form for Exemption from Physical Education Examination, parents sign their opinions, the school seals the preliminary examination, the district and county primary and secondary health centers confirm it, and the district and county physical education examination offices approve it before they can be exempted from physical education.

2. The Municipal Education Commission officially issued the physical examination plan for the senior high school entrance examination in 2009. In the past, basketball dribbling, which was randomly selected by districts and counties, became a compulsory test for the first time. In addition, in 2009, the score of the physical education examination in the senior high school entrance examination was still 30 points, and the random multiple-choice items in districts and counties were cancelled. It was stipulated that each candidate must take 2 items, and the examination time span was shortened from the past 3 months to 1 month. According to the plan, in 2009, there will still be three physical education examinations for the senior high school entrance examination in the city, but the principle of "four unifications" in the city will be implemented, that is, unified examination items, unified performance evaluation standards, unified examination procedures and unified examination time.

3. The compulsory events for boys are 1000m running and basketball circling 15m dribbling, and the restricted events are horizontal bar pull-ups or throwing solid balls;

4. Girls are required to run 800 meters and dribble basketball around the marker 15 meters, while the restricted events are sit-ups or throwing solid balls.

5. Description:

A. Runners are not allowed in the specified events: men and women need 1000 meters and 800 meters respectively. According to the regulations, the number of candidates in each group is about 15, and runners are not allowed. The test was carried out on a 400-meter circular runway, and the starting point was standing. Candidates start from the arc starting line. Candidates should note that crossing the starting line before the starting password is issued will be considered a foul. Although there is no runway after the start, candidates should not step into the runway line on the left side of the runway, let alone push, pull or prevent others from running in. Candidates complete the competition and record the minutes and seconds according to the stopwatch. Less than a second doesn't count. According to the test scores in 2008, boys can get a perfect score of 10 when they complete the test in 3 minutes and 38 seconds, and girls can get a perfect score of 10 when they complete the test in 3 minutes and 20 seconds.

B, horizontal bar pull-ups are calculated by the number of consecutive pull-ups in the middle, and candidates only have one exam opportunity. The examination begins with the examinee holding the bar with both hands and ends with his hands off the bar. During the examination, candidates should hold the bar with both hands and hang their bodies with static straight arms. To complete a pull-up, you need to pull your arms up to your chin, cross the upper edge of the bar, and then hang your straight arm once, otherwise it won't count. Pull-ups should be completed continuously.

Sit-ups are not standardized and not difficult to count, but 1 minute has 40 full marks, with an average of 1.5 seconds. The key to getting full marks is to ensure the effective number of times of completion. When sitting up, your elbow touches your knee once. When lying on your back, the back of your hand attached to your head must contact the pad. In the process of sit-ups, if the back of your hand near the back of your head doesn't touch the pad, your hips leave the pad or your elbows don't touch your knees, it's a foul, not counting. Due to time constraints, too many invalid times will definitely affect the performance. Candidates in this project also have only one exam opportunity.

C, three fouls in throwing long jump can be added, and throwing and long jump events can be used by both men and women. In the test, if the candidate fails to score for three fouls, he can get an extra chance of 1 trial throw (jump) according to the regulations. Throwing events require candidates to hold the ball with both hands and throw it in situ. At the same time, the back foot (or any foot) can take a step forward. In the process of throwing, it is a foul for feet and other parts of the body to contact the throwing line or the ground in front of the throwing line. Candidates can try to throw three times to get the best result. You can add 1 time if you fail three fouls.

Standing long jump requires candidates to stand behind the jumper and take off with both feet at the same time. Before taking off, no part of the body should touch the jumper or the ground in front of the line, and both feet should not move or leave the ground. Candidates can try to jump 3 times and get the best results. Those who fail to commit three fouls can increase their jump shot probability by 1 times.

D, volleyball mat ball must be held high and need to be repeated. The volleyball exam uses the uniform ball in the examination room, and candidates can choose ordinary volleyball or soft volleyball. Candidates in this project have two chances and need to pay attention to the height of the mat to get good grades. Landing or holding the ball will be regarded as the end of an exam. According to the examination rules, boys are required to be more than 2.43 meters tall in padding and passing, and girls are required to be more than 2.24 meters tall. During the examination, candidates touch the ball with their palms, touch the ball outside the examination area and adjust the ball with insufficient height. Scores are scored according to the number of consecutive pitches and passes made by candidates.

Basketball is slower than foul. Basketball event15m, dribbling around the marker. If one of the eight violations occurs in the exam, the result will be cancelled. As there are two opportunities, candidates must first ensure that they have achieved results, and then strive for better results. It is understood that the following phenomena in the basketball exam are all illegal behaviors, and the current results are cancelled: rushing to run at the start, touching the ball with both hands at the same time when dribbling, touching the ball with body parts below the knee, missing marks, knocking down marks, people or balls leaving the examination area, not completing the whole route as shown, and separating people and balls when crossing the finish line. Candidates who fail to score after two fouls in this project can increase the chances of 1 examination.
