Moon Island is located in the west bank of Xiangjiang River, northwest of Changsha City, Hunan Province 14 km. Named for its wide south and narrow north, it is like a bright moon floating in Xiangjiang River. To the east are Xianing Port and Changsha North Station, and to the west is Moon Island Street.

On September 30th, 20 19, Changsha Moon Island Park was opened to the public. There are many leisure projects on the island, including football cultural park, go-karting park, full moon square, Eden RV base, red clay tennis park and starry sky camping park. Warm reminder: at present, the starry sky camping park is not open to the public.

Football Cultural Park covers an area of 86 mu, which is a comprehensive fitness and leisure industry demonstration base and youth football training base in Hunan Province. Standard football field 1 football field, 4 futsal football fields and 4 sevens football fields.

Go-karting Park, covering an area of 96 mu, consists of four parts: indoor entertainment go-karting track, outdoor professional go-karting track, dynamic driving multi-functional development area and off-road vehicle exploration center. Provide projects suitable for the whole family to drive, unique driving experience training courses, and equipped with track simulators.

Full Moon Square covers an area of 105 mu. Including tourist service center, sunshine coffee bar, morning and evening tea, leisure square, children's play area, etc. The tourist service center is located on the north side of the square, providing comprehensive services such as reception, consultation and entertainment for tourists.
