On this beautiful day full of vigor, passion and hope, we are gathered together to celebrate the grand opening of the 20th China Baoding Diabolo Art Festival. First of all, on behalf of Baoding Municipal Committee, Baoding Municipal People's Government and the people of the whole city, I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the leaders, guests and diabolo lovers all over the country who attended today's opening ceremony! I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and high respect to the State Sports General Administration and Hebei Provincial Sports Bureau, which have strongly supported the development of sports in Baoding for many years. I would like to extend my cordial greetings to all relevant units and staff who are actively preparing for this diabolo art festival!

Sports is an important symbol of social development and human civilization progress, an important embodiment of comprehensive national strength and social civilization degree, and is of great significance for enriching social and cultural life, promoting people's all-round development and building a harmonious society.
