(2) Submitting for preliminary examination. According to the principle of territoriality, the applicant should submit the application materials to the county (city) district sports authorities for material review and preliminary recommendation before the deadline (please consult the territoriality for the deadline for submission of preliminary materials).

(3) review. The Municipal Sports Bureau will start the evaluation work after May 15, and organize on-site inspection, expert evaluation or entrust a qualified third-party agency to conduct the evaluation and evaluation as appropriate.

(4) Publicity of evaluation results. The test results are publicized on the portal website of Fuzhou Sports Bureau.
