Why did you give up fitness? What is the reason for not sticking to the end?
There are actually many reasons for fitness. I want to exercise, because I am too fat, because all my friends are exercising, and because I am too thin, I am often bullied. Although there are many reasons for fitness and many people participate in it every year, too few people can stick to it in the end. I get a fitness card every year, but in the end, many people go there several times. What I don't lack most in the gym is fitness people, and what I lack most is those ten.

Although fitness is not something that must be done, fitness is more of an interest and hobby for us ordinary people, but I believe that everyone who exercises is full of enthusiasm at the beginning of fitness, so what is the reason why those who finally give up fitness do not persist?

First, there is no interest.

To put it bluntly, fitness is a hobby, just like watching movies and playing games. Many fitness people, at the beginning, may want to try it by themselves because of the encouragement of their friends, but after trying fitness training, they find that it is not suitable for them, and they lose interest in fitness, or after exercising for a period of time, they find that it is ineffective and lose interest. Early fitness, cultivate a fitness habit.

Second, there are more important things than fitness.

Besides fitness, there are too many things we need to take care of in real life. After all, fitness can't make money, and we need to invest money. Our work, family, life, etc. Everything is actually much more important than fitness, so many people give up fitness because there are things that need more care than fitness. This is understandable, even for a "gentleman".

Third, injuries.

Just as some athletes retire due to injury, many people give up fitness because of injury in fitness training. After all, fitness is not everything, and even the best fitness is not everything. Some injuries are caused by substandard fitness training. For the sake of one's health, it is often a good thing to give up fitness. One of my former friends, because of lumbar muscle strain and broken back, gradually stopped taking exercise and fitness.

In fact, the reasons for wanting to exercise are similar, all for changing something, but there are many reasons for giving up fitness. Everyone may have their own reasons, although most people may be lazy.
