Brief introduction of war wave
Tai Ji Chuan has a long history and is a treasure of the Chinese nation. Its internal and external cultivation absorbs the essence of China's traditional "Yi" culture and "Tao" culture, and Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan is one of the famous schools. Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan is famous for its soft, gentle and regular movements, relaxed and natural, continuous, small and flexible boxing style. The boxing frame is developed and compact, and there is no formality in the compactness. It fully shows the unique style of light, round and dynamic. Pushing hands are tight, delicate and soft, and the tactics are changing. They are quiet and not rash, especially gentle. Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan still retains many traditional events: unarmed, Tai Chi fast boxing, which still retains jumping, vigorous posture and techniques; The big move pusher is more flexible, adaptable and changeable, and the posture, technique and footwork are integrated; Picking flowers is not good because it is loose and superb; In terms of equipment, Tai Chi sword, Tai Chi knife, Tai Chi gun and Tai Chi stick are kept.

Mr. Zhan Bo studied martial arts since childhood. 1957 studied under Mr. Gao Zuxiu Pixun, a master of Wu Pai from the North School, and Tai Ji Chuan, Wu Pai. 1965 officially became an apprentice, and was truly handed down, becoming the fourth generation descendant of Wu style.

After decades of hard study and painstaking research, Mr. Zhan has achieved the perfection of Tai Chi's techniques, management and practice, achieved the combination of static and dynamic, both internal and external training, and comprehensively mastered superb skills such as spinning, grabbing locks, throwing, tendon resistance and back bone. When Mr. Wang compares skills with others, his men are very measured and never hurt others. Losing is convincing. On the one hand, I experienced the ecstasy of Taiji Chuan, on the other hand, I felt thrilling for an instant. Therefore, people will devote themselves to understanding traditional Tai Ji Chuan, spreading Taiji Wushu and cultivating Wushu talents as their lifelong pursuit.

Mr. Wang is not only literate, but also proficient in martial arts. He has profound attainments in traditional Chinese medicine, Yin and Yang studies, five lines of gossip, the Book of Changes, Buddhism and Confucianism. He has made great achievements in Tai Ji Chuan's boxing art and theory. He summed up his decades of martial arts experience, and published "Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan Eight Fitness Methods" (No.10,No. 12, 2003). Originally named "the method of quenching thirst and lowering blood pressure", this achievement method is a unique, simple and effective one created by Mr. Zhan Bo according to the theory of five elements and the idea of combining yin and yang, and according to the basic principles of Tai Ji Chuan. In addition, after 2004, Mr. Zhan Bo published many academic papers in Tai Ji Chuan, such as Tai Ji Chuan's Fitness Mechanism, Quietly in Infinity, and Tai Ji Chuan's Trilogy of Pushing Hands, which made important contributions to Tai Ji Chuan's theoretical construction and dissemination. Teacher Zhan's skills are reasonable, simple and easy to learn, and the effect is obvious, which is deeply loved by the students. On July 1 day, Life Newspaper in Heilongjiang reported Mr. Zhan Bo's skills and life with the title of SHEN WOO Taiji. Julian Waghann was originally from Daguangwu Village, Guo Town, Yexian County, Shandong Province (now Laizhou City, Shandong Province). His successor in his hometown, Xiu Pixun, is an outstanding figure of the third generation of Wu style. Over the years, I have been practicing, researching and popularizing Wu-style Tai Ji Chuan as my lifelong career. From 1984, he was hired by Harbin Institute of Technology as the coach of Tai Ji Chuan, and officially taught art at Harbin Institute of Technology. 1990, Zhanbo was elected as the head coach of Harbin Tai Ji Chuan Association, and he taught Wu Tai Ji Chuan in the association all the year round. The profoundness of traditional Tai Ji Chuan left a deep impression on Zhanbo. In order to better spread his decades of experience in studying and studying Taiji Kung Fu, he devoted himself to improving the methods of teaching and practice. At the same time, he created eight methods of Tai Chi fitness. Established in 1993. The chairman is Zhao, the vice chairman, and all the directors are Mr. Wang's proteges.

Professor Zhan Bo's Wu Tai Chi Kung Fu is a kind of traditional Kung Fu, which has been handed down by several generations of masters, including Quan You, Wang Maozhai and Xiu Pixun. It pays attention to the combination of dynamic and static, internal and external training, the combination of beating and spinning, grasping the lock and falling, fighting the bones and muscles, pinching the tendons and taking the pulse, being flexible everywhere and integrating with the whole body, which fully embodies the profound theoretical system and superb technical foundation of Taiji.

Professor Zhan Bo's Wu Taiji Kung Fu is an advanced martial art which is practiced in various ways for the purpose of actual combat and attack according to the contents and practice methods taught by predecessors. After systematic study and exercise, people can keep their meridians unobstructed and their internal qi filled, effectively improving the functions of various internal organs, thus having magical fitness effects. Practice all the year round, especially from teenagers, can not only make people healthy, but also nourish their temperament and develop their intelligence. Middle-aged and elderly people begin to exercise, which has a significant therapeutic effect on common middle-aged and elderly diseases, such as low back and leg pain, chronic heart disease and hypertension. In recent years, the Eight Methods of Wu's Tai Chi Fitness compiled by Zhan Bo has a significant effect on common chronic diseases, especially diabetes, and has been widely welcomed.

After decades of hard study and painstaking research, Mr. Zhan Bo has reached the perfection of Taiji skills, management and training. He combined modern means to improve the traditional teaching methods, greatly shortening the training time, and his disciples can reach the level of understanding in 3~5 years. Under the organization of the research society, a group of Tai Chi descendants are rapidly becoming talents all over the world.
