Shahe City, known as china glass City, is one of the five satellite cities in Xingtai City, with airport logistics as the main urban agglomeration. Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, Beijing-Guangzhou Railway and Janice Branch Line pass through the city, which are important channels and fulcrums connecting east and west and connecting north and south.
Shahe county has a long history. Before the Sui Dynasty, it was a part of Guo Xiang County, which belonged to Guo Xiang County. In the sixteenth year, the county was divided into Shahe County and Longgang County (Xingtai), both of which were one of the nine counties in Xingzhou (Shunde). There are scenic spots in the territory, such as Zhenzeguan, Beiwudang Mountain, Wangqin Lake and Yangguangshan, as well as precious cultural heritages such as Song Jingbei in Tang Dynasty, Plum Blossom Fu in Qianlong Imperial Pen and Rattan Pai Array.
