How to make thin people develop fitness habits?
There are only two motives that can make him really go to the gym. First of all, he figured it out. He thinks he is really thin, but he needs to exercise his muscles to be more perfect. He is motivated to go. On the other hand, there is a person who has been supervising him, urging him every day, and even dragging him, so he has to go.
