Walking in the morning is a kind of perseverance, a kind of persistence, a way of life and one of the best sports in the world.

On Sunday morning, the volunteer team of Pingyang Health Association organized 202 1 the ninth outdoor fitness activity in Hufeng Park, Kunyang, and took the Tanghe Greenway in the morning. At seven o'clock in the morning, 100 active and healthy friends from Pingyang Town gathered in the Fountain Square of Hufeng Park and started the morning walk fitness mode.

The group started from the Fountain Square, crossed the Qing Bu Bridge, turned into the Tanghe Greenway, and walked all the way to the Millennium Ancient Village and the famous mountain. At this time, the rising sun is particularly bright. Miss Chun opens her smiling face and welcomes the active and healthy friends who left in the morning with warm arms. A bunch of warm red sun shines on the beautiful Fenghutang River, setting off the reflection of tall buildings on both sides.

Kunyang Town takes water as the pulse to create a rural tourism landscape with Tanghe style. Taking the Tanghe River system and green villages as the green context and the Millennium rural culture as the context, five key characteristic villages along the Tanghe River will be built as a demonstration:

Then, through the vein of Tanghe River system, five demonstration villages are connected to create a water town style in which Tanghe people live by water, making it a classic route for leisure, tourism, fitness and photography.

After the morning exercise team passed through the Tanghe River in Hufeng section and the famous mountains in the Millennium Ancient Village, the Tanghe Greenway extended northward. Walking in the greenway of Tanghe River in the morning, the sunshine falls between ancient bridges, ancient roads, ancient pavilions and ancient ports, birds fly lightly over the water, and the water reflects blue sky, white clouds, weeping willows and houses. The boat swaying in the Tang River sometimes passes under the ancient bridge, showing the elegance of the south of the Yangtze River.

On the way, I crossed the "Daoshu Bridge", which is just half the distance of this fitness activity. I must turn back to the other side of the greenway and go back to Hufeng Park. According to Pingyang County Records, "In the seventeenth year of Daoguang, Du 'er Daoshu Bridge was ordered to be rebuilt by Liao Chongji." Now, the old bridge has been abandoned and replaced by reinforced concrete structure. It is said that a long time ago, there was no bridge over the Tanghe River here, which brought great inconvenience to the people on both sides of the strait. Later, a typhoon blew over the trees on the shore and landed on the river, connecting the two banks. People use tree poles as bridges, hence the name "Inverted Tree Bridge".

At this time, at the green intersection on the other side of Daoshu Bridge, three enthusiastic Pingyang Health Association members have prepared hot milk and special steamed bread in front of Kunyang County to entertain the healthy friends who participated in this morning exercise. Everyone has walked more than five kilometers of Tanghe Greenway, and now they are really hungry. Hurry to replenish energy! You have a bag of steamed bread and I have a bottle of hot milk. After an hour and a half of brisk walking, all healthy friends completed this fitness activity, with a total mileage of about 8.66 kilometers. "Happy walking, healthy possession"! It is the motto of Pingyang Health Association and the goal pursued by the majority of members and fitness enthusiasts.
