Traditional Chinese medicine believes that bananas are sweet and cold in nature, and cold in nature can clear the intestine heat, while sweet in taste can moisten the intestine and relax the bowels, which is more suitable for the heat mystery caused by gastrointestinal heat accumulation. You can take 1~2 hours after meals, and it is advisable to take 1~2 tablets a day.
