Since it is off the ground, safety is the first consideration. There is no aerial yoga in general gyms. The only gym with aerial yoga in Shunyi is the International Elite Club, but it rarely starts classes, and it is said that members have to forward publicity to a circle of friends to collect 68 likes before they can make an appointment. Professional yoga studios must have a certain safety factor before they can start classes. In fact, aerial yoga first overcame the fear of leaving the ground, especially for people who are afraid of heights. When they leave the ground and the crane keeps shaking, they need to be calm and adapt. It's easy to get used to it and do it.

When I met yoga, at a too late age, if I could meet it earlier, I might be in better health than I am now. However, it is never too late to start yoga and a healthy lifestyle at any age. Only by loving yourself can you love others and be qualified to be loved.
