1, standing on the wall
Five-point-one-line method, the back of the head, shoulders, hips, calves and heels are in a straight line and close to the wall at five o'clock. Abdomen in, chest out, abdomen in, soles of feet together, and a piece of paper between the legs and knees, for 40 minutes.
2. Ligament stretching
Mainly relax the muscles of neck, shoulders, waist and legs. Avoid the embarrassment of stiff muscles and uncoordinated limbs during the catwalk. Many people can't keep pace with the catwalk, and they always feel that their hands and feet are not very harmonious and tacit, and they can't do the whole movement when they leave. Part of the reason is poor stretching of limbs.
Step 3: Kick.
One of the biggest differences between models and ordinary people is taking big steps. How to get out of the aura? How to be domineering? First of all, learn to kick in slow motion.
Practice should be based on the word step (cat step) (legs walk in a straight line), and feet, legs, waist, head and hands form a whole posture rhyme, showing a harmonious sense of music. Feel like lifting your hips when you walk. The ancients said: "When you are transported to Dantian, your spiritual courage is greatly increased." It can be seen that if the calf uses strength, the walking effect will be better. When you walk in high heels, your toes land first, and when you practice in flat heels, your toes land first, so as to ensure that your calves and thighs are in a line, and the performance can achieve the ideal effect.
4. Hip training
Female models use their crotch to find rhythm when practicing. Hands akimbo, legs upright, crotch swinging left and right according to the rhythm. Be sure to find the right rhythm, and remember not to twist backwards (reflected in your knees stretching backwards and your hips protruding backwards)
Male models should remember that the crotch can't find the rhythm, and the knees can find the rhythm to make them feel stronger.
5. Swing arm training
The female model stands in a T-step, while the male model stands naturally, with abdomen closed and shoulders open, hands drooping naturally, and the big arm drives the small arm to swing naturally. Follow the music and find the right beat point.
If you really can't find the power point, you can practice with heavy objects in your hand to find a sense of power and balance.
6. Eye training
Eyes are the killer of models. You can practice your eyes according to your own style. You can be gentle, domineering, seductive, and so on. And you can switch freely.
Eye exercises are mainly about concentration and performance. Concentration can stare at yourself in the mirror, find the eyes that suit you, and train for the longest time without blinking; You can also stare at something in the distance, keep your eyes still, and go straight ahead and approach.
The performance requires the model to have a deep understanding of the style and image he wants to express, to clearly sort out the emotions he wants to express, and to be a girl or boy with a story in her heart and show it boldly.
7. Walking posture training
Walking on the stage, the model should stand up and feel an upward pulling force acting on her, but it should not be stiff. Keep your neck straight and your head straight, but not stiff. Chin should be flat, shoulders should droop naturally, hands should be natural, and abdomen and buttocks should be raised. When you take a step, your hips will drive your thighs, then your knees will be raised, and your feet will be driven by your calves, thus walking out of a straight line. The model's swing arm should be natural. When practicing, take the shoulder as the axis, the arm is naturally straight and swings back and forth alternately. The catwalk should be rigid but not rigid, soft and unremitting. Don't put eight characters inside, and don't put eight characters outside. When models practice walking, they should pay attention to the coordination of head, shoulders, hips and legs.
8. Modeling training
Models themselves should have a good grasp of the style of catwalk, and judge the style through music type, clothing type and stage theme. You should have an understanding of style, integrate yourself into the situation of showing yourself or your clothes, and dare to do it.
Modeling should be moderate, not too exaggerated to avoid embarrassment.
