According to the notice of Wuhan Sports Bureau,
Free swimming service in summer will be held from July 12 to July 3 1 day, 2008. Except for some venues, 42 designated swimming venues will be free for 4 hours.
Preferential time:
It is open to primary and secondary school students for 4 hours free from 9: 00-1:00, 15:00- 17:00 every day.
This year's youth sports summer camp consists of two parts. First, 42 designated swimming venues are open to young people for 20 days free of charge. Two, skating, martial arts, football, tennis, equestrian, badminton, swimming, basketball eight free sports skills training activities.
Free swimming service is provided from July 12 to July 3 1. Recently, Wuhan Sports Bureau completed the inspection of swimming pools in all urban areas of the city, and selected 42 swimming pools with good conditions and excellent safety facilities, which are suitable for primary and secondary school students to prepare for free opening activities. The head of the Youth Department of Wuhan Sports Bureau predicts that the swimming pool will be open for free this summer, which will benefit nearly 300,000 primary and secondary school students.
* * * A total of14,000 primary and secondary school students will receive free training in skating, martial arts, football, tennis, equestrian, badminton, swimming and basketball. The training period is from July 6 to July 17, with a duration of 12 days, and the time of some projects has been adjusted. Primary and secondary school students who want to participate in free training can register at the 138 registration points distributed throughout the city on June 29th.
Matters needing attention
According to the requirements, all designated swimming places will be equipped with life-saving safety personnel and management personnel in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Swimming Pools in Hubei Province and relevant regulations, and do a good job in safety and health protection, and buy a personal accident insurance of not less than 300,000 yuan for each teenager who participates in free swimming service activities.
The designated swimming pool in summer shall not be open to the public during the free opening period. Young students can voluntarily swim in designated swimming places with free swimming service nearby with their resident ID cards. /kloc-Minors under the age of 0/6 must be accompanied by guardians to purchase tickets at preferential fares in 2 yuan.
Wuhan Sports Bureau has identified 42 designated venues providing free swimming services, which are located in Jiang 'an District, Jianghan District, Qiaokou District, Hanyang District, Wuchang District, Hongshan District, Qingshan District, caidian district, Jiangxia District, Dongxihu District, huangpi district, Xinzhou District, Wuhan Development Zone (Hannan District) and Donghu High-tech Zone.

This year's summer youth sports summer camp will hold free sports skills training activities in all urban areas of the city 138 training points on July 6. These events include football, basketball, swimming, tennis, martial arts, badminton, skating and equestrian. Young people who are interested in participating in the training can register at all registration points on June 29.
In 2000, there were only five free training programs in the youth sports summer camp, with a total population of 654.38+00000. This year, not only did the youth sports winter camp increase free training in the winter vacation at the beginning of the year, but the number of free training items in the upcoming summer camp also increased to eight. Wushu, skating and equestrian are all new free training programs, and the total number of free training reaches 14000.
This summer, the specific number of trainees in various events is: football player 1200, skater 3,000, tennis player 1500, badminton player 1600, swimmer 4,000, basketball player 1500 and martial arts player/kloc.
On June 29th, at 8:00- 17:00, eligible primary and secondary school students, under the guidance of their guardians, will bring their valid certificates, such as ID cards, household registration books and student manuals. And bring two recent one-inch registration photos to the designated registration point in the jurisdiction where the school is located. Until the quantity is full, each student is limited to one project and participates in the first training. Students participating in swimming training must be at least 1.3m in height.
