What should I eat more when exercising?
Eat more green leafy vegetables, oranges, tomatoes, apples and milk (skim), and eat less staple food. The staple food can be replaced by lean meat. Drink water with honey, but don't drink too much, which makes your heart unbearable. Eating more foods with high calcium content can increase bone density.

Note: Don't exercise excessively, but step by step to avoid muscle strain!
