Can't kidney disease exercise?
Not five kinds of people, but the following kinds:

Eight groups of people are not suitable for sports.

Type 1. Diabetic patients, especially "brittle diabetes", have almost complete loss of islet function and serious lack of insulin. Exercise will increase blood sugar and increase lipolysis. Without insulin, ketone bodies cannot be oxidized and decomposed, which increases the risk of ketoacidosis. Such patients should not take part in exercise until their blood sugar is well controlled;

2. Those who have obvious fundus hemorrhage, retinal detachment and glaucoma recently should take part in sports after their condition is effectively controlled;

3. People with diabetic nephropathy and urinary protein, red blood cells and casts should take the initiative to reduce the amount of exercise;

4. Blood pressure is obviously increased, and those above170/110mmhg should stop exercising;

5. Those with severe arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency, angina pectoris or myocardial infarction should stop exercising;

6. There is obvious diabetic neuropathy, which affects the sensation of limbs and muscles. Athletes must exercise under effective protection and supervision. Patients with diabetic foot must evaluate reducing exercise, and avoid physical exercise in severe cases;

7. Patients with acute infection and hepatic and renal insufficiency;

8. Those who have ketone bodies in urine are forbidden to exercise.
