1. Open Word, create a new document, and then click File menu → Page Setup.

2. In the pop-up page setup dialog box, set the paper type item in the paper type tab as a custom size, and then enter the paper size as 8.8cm wide and 5.5cm high.

3. Click to switch to the "Margins" tab setting interface, and set the top, bottom, left and right margins and binding lines to the number "0". Click OK to return to the editing state of Word.

4. Enter personal name, company name, address, contact telephone number and other information, and adjust the font, font size and color of each information.
