You can do less intense exercise during menstruation, and you should pay attention to the following points during menstrual exercise:
First, reduce the amount of exercise. You should insist on taking part in some sports that you are used to, such as jogging, gymnastics, boxing, table tennis and shooting. Pay attention to shortening the exercise time and slowing down to reduce the amount of exercise and relax our muscles.
Second, avoid taking part in strenuous and shocking sports. During menstruation, it is not advisable to participate in high jump, long jump, pitching, 100-meter race, playing football, etc., nor do strength exercises such as push-ups and dumbbells to increase abdominal pressure, so as to avoid excessive menstrual bleeding or change the position of the uterus.
Third, you can't participate in all kinds of water sports. Don't take part in diving, swimming or water polo. It is also not advisable to take a cold bath and wash your feet with cold water to avoid infection and menstrual disorders.
Fourth, avoid taking part in some fierce competitions. Taking part in these sports during menstruation is easy to lead to endocrine disorders and menstrual disorders because of mental stress.
If menstrual reaction is heavy and menstrual blood is excessive, don't take part in sports for the time being, and go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time.
