Investigation report on urban residents' consumption view

Consumption is the basic condition of human existence and the instinctive behavior of human beings. Consumption is an important part of human social and economic activities. Consumption is divided into production consumption and life consumption. Production and consumption refer to the consumption of labor tools, raw materials and fuels. In the process of labor, a new product is produced. Living consumption refers to the consumption of living materials by human beings for survival and development, as well as their own reproduction. Life consumption is divided into personal consumption and social public consumption according to the main body of consumption demand. I mean personal consumption here.

The content of personal consumption includes material consumption and spiritual and cultural consumption. The consumption of clothing, food, shelter, transportation and use belongs to material consumption. Cultural education, leisure and entertainment, art appreciation, holiday travel and service consumption all belong to spiritual and cultural consumption.

The concept of consumption belongs to the category of social consciousness, is a systematic and stable view of economic life phenomena such as market, currency and consumption, and is an integral part of the world outlook and outlook on life. With the growth of age and the maturity of ideas, people's consumption concept has gradually formed. The formation of consumption concept is strongly influenced by non-economic factors such as family, social and economic environment, national traditional culture, personal cultural quality and religious belief.

The main tasks and objectives of the residential stage.

Move 1 research to determine the subject.

Plan 2 Write a questionnaire and print it out.

Third, social investigation goes to the society, investigation and interview.

4 Group discussion questionnaire analysis

5. Summarize and write the investigation report

I used my holiday time to visit and investigate some people's consumption views, and the results and analysis are as follows:

1. A survey on the shopping style of residents in a city shows that supermarkets have replaced shopping malls with three times the advantage and become the first choice for people in a city to shop.

In the early 1990s, supermarkets won the favor of ordinary people with their free shopping environment, convenient checkout methods and affordable commodity prices, and quickly occupied the market. This is a successful attempt, which not only brings a "bumper harvest" to customers but also to businesses.

Of course, as a traditional shopping place, shopping malls still occupy the second place in the ranking as "big brother", but they lost to supermarkets with a gap of 1: 3. Should we reconsider how to attract tourists? !

Many people choose TV shopping and online shopping, but most of them are young people and white-collar workers. This shows that people's understanding of this new shopping method is not very common. I hope to bring people a more convenient and quick life in the future.

2. The survey results of the most important factors that residents in a city pay attention to when buying goods: quality is the most important factor for people to shop, as I expected. It can be seen that when "cheap and good quality" cannot be realized, people would rather choose "cheap and good quality".

The second is "personal preference", which accounts for more than 1/4, indicating that a city's demand for "personalization" is getting higher and higher, and shopping has become a kind of enjoyment rather than an economic and spiritual burden. "Buy whatever you like" has become a new shopping fashion.

Third, people's brand awareness is gradually established. 1/5 respondents said that they are more assured of the quality and reputation of brand-name goods, so they would rather have a slightly more expensive price, as long as they use it with confidence, it doesn't matter.

Another 5% people choose service, which is very different from the times when they used to look at the salesman's face to buy things; Now, any shop assistant dares to be rude to customers. When customers complain, the clerk will be reimbursed the monthly bonus, otherwise he will be "fired". This is not only to improve the reputation and increase the number of customers, but also a respect for customers.

3. The survey results of the way residents buy houses in a certain city. 39% of the respondents are conservative and choose to save enough money before buying. This is the traditional consumption concept of China people. However, some people are busy all their lives just to buy a house of their own, but when they get old, they buy a house and die without waiting for a few days to enjoy it. Isn't this a tragedy?

Secondly, choose down payment+provident fund loan+mortgage loan. Most people who choose this option are young people. They believe in their ability to make money, so this generation enjoys it. They had private houses long ago, rented them out or changed hands when they were tired of living, and then used the money they got to buy newer and bigger ones.

Only 13% people choose to borrow money from relatives and friends to buy a house, which is quite different from the traditional saying of "relying on parents at home and friends outside" in China. In modern society, it is hard to say that you can't borrow money from your parents. After all, they have raised you for more than 20 years, and you can't get money and feelings for a lifetime. How dare you reach out and ask them for money? Due to family planning, there were few relatives and they couldn't pay back the money at that time. They are all embarrassed to ask for debts. As a result, both sides were embarrassed. Besides, friends are at this age, and at this economic level, what money can they have?

4. The results of a survey on how a city dweller spends his weekends. As can be seen from the above picture, 34% people are doing things that I didn't expect on weekends. I didn't know until I asked, they still have to work or study on weekends. Have to sigh, is modern life really so busy?

Next, 1/5 people chose to do housework, and most of them were middle-aged. They are usually busy with work, and their children are in the learning stage. On weekends, they stay at home with their children, do housework and catch up on sleep.

There are also 65,438+06% people who choose to go shopping, which is very similar to previous expositions and is a traditional way for China people to spend their holidays.

Another 65,438+00% people choose to spend their weekends online, and more than 90% of them are young people in their teens and twenties.

6% people choose cultural consumption and fitness exercise respectively, which seems to be a waste of time in previous years, but according to the survey results, spiritual civilization and national fitness have penetrated into the homes of ordinary people.

Only 5% people choose to visit relatives and friends. Is this human relationship too cold?

5. Evaluation of residents' frugal consumption concept.

93% people chose "not outdated" or "should be given new content". In fact, these two items have roughly the same meaning. When asked about their understanding of what new content should be given, their answers are similar: spend it when it is time, and don't feel bad; Don't waste a penny when you shouldn't spend it.

I thought that people living in modern cities, who earn more and spend more, would think that "frugality" is a moral concept that the older generation abides by; This generation will think that learning the living habits and concepts of the previous generation is against the principle of "who else" of the new and new mankind. The results of this survey are really gratifying. I see that the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation have been well continued.

6. Which consumption accounts for the largest proportion of your personal income?

More than half of the respondents chose the necessities of life, and these people went to two extremes-retirees and migrant workers who just stepped into society.

Secondly, choosing culture, entertainment and fitness shows that the cultural life of ordinary people is getting richer and richer. Thirdly, 15% people choose their children to spend money, aged between 25-35 and 35-50, which is just the time when the green and yellow are not connected. And 4% of people who choose to socialize are private business owners.

7. How much will you spend to "package" yourself?

More than 80% of the respondents spend 30% or less of their personal income (or pocket money) on cosmetics, clothing, jewelry and other packaging. Members of this group think this is the most appropriate usage. Of course, there are also many people who pay special attention to appearance because of work needs or personal preferences. These people spend half or more money to "package" themselves. No one chooses to decorate themselves with 90% income.

8. What do you usually give as a gift?

Most of them are handicrafts, accounting for 3 1%, and most of them are young people or middle-aged people with fashionable clothes. This fully shows that sending handicrafts is not the patent of acid literati and wealthy families, but as a manifestation of culture and accomplishment to convey the friendship between relatives and friends.

Most people who choose "nutritional health products" and "ordinary food" are middle-aged, and they are more practical.

I am glad that only 8% people choose alcohol and tobacco, which is much better than the atmosphere of sending alcohol and tobacco in previous years and is also beneficial to their health. When asked who to send cigarettes and alcohol to, they replied: business partners or relatives, friends, colleagues, bosses who are good at cigarettes and alcohol or unfamiliar people.

Another 8% people choose flowers, and their occupations are mostly white-collar workers or private owners.

After analyzing the eight questions in the questionnaire, I finally came to the following conclusion:

People in a certain city have a more open consumption concept, but they are not extravagant. They know how to control their income better than their predecessors, are more international, and are more in line with the standards of a city person-they can be kind to themselves and "be kind to passbooks." They are more likely to accept new things, try new lifestyles and try not to position their lives on the same axis. Their lives always reveal the pursuit of "individuality" and their responsibilities to society and the environment. Their requirements for spiritual civilization are getting higher and higher, and the simpler the requirements for material life, the better, and it is best to achieve the effect of returning to nature. All this itself is the embodiment of fashion, which is a good atmosphere, let it continue! Of course, for some people, they even have no concept of the word "consumption view", which is very sad. I hope that through this survey, more people will have a deeper understanding of the "consumption concept".
