On Monday afternoon, the teacher said to us, "We are going to visit East Lake on Friday." After hearing the good news, the classroom was boiling, the students cheered excitedly, and the dance and cheers resounded throughout the classroom.
Looking forward to the stars and the moon, I finally looked forward to Thursday night. I was so excited that I couldn't sleep all night, and finally fell asleep after a lot of hardships.
Friday finally arrived. At half past eight, a team headed for East Lake. On the way, the students laughed and laughed. We looked at the beautiful scenery all the way and shed laughter all the way. Unconsciously, we arrived at the long-awaited East Lake.
East Lake consists of South Lake and North Lake. As soon as I entered Nanhu Square, I saw huge columns soaring into the sky. The fountain here can change with the music. There is also a small pavilion like a small fish. The commentator called these pavilions "purple gas from the East".
Then we came to pebble beach. Stones of different shapes and sizes, my classmates and I began to dig holes. Some students push stones, some grab mud and some pour water. Soon a river was dug. I found a stone as white as a shovel, and I really couldn't put it down.
Unconsciously, the afternoon arrived and I had to leave reluctantly.
