How to wear underwear correctly?
Bra is an indispensable ornament for women. The biggest function of a bra is to help support the chest and make yourself look more beautiful and move more comfortably. If your underwear makes you uncomfortable or tight and doesn't have any effect, it's something wrong with you, or your bra is the wrong size. Today we will talk about how to choose a bra and how to wear it correctly.

When choosing the right bra, see if there is any obvious performance to show whether your bra is the right size.

In fact, most women wear bras of the wrong size. If you feel uncomfortable or difficult when wearing them, they obviously don't fit your size. Don't choose it just because it looks beautiful but you don't have a model. It's not good for your chest.

Judge whether your bra is suitable or not.

(1) Your breasts are overflowing from the bra.

(2) The bra shoulder strap is deeply embedded in your skin, and there will be deep ligature marks after it is taken off.

(3) When the bra strap is stuck, you feel particularly tight, as if you can't breathe.

(4) The bra is so loose that it won't fit your chest, so that no matter how you adjust it, the shoulder strap will. It's wrong to drop a bra and leave it empty.

Professional adjustment of the appropriate size.

Maybe when you buy underwear in an underwear store, you feel embarrassed and always want to pick one and leave immediately. Don't do this. You should ask patiently about the material of the bra and choose the fabric that suits you to avoid allergies. Or ask them to measure for you so as to choose a size that is more suitable for you. If the size you measure is not what you usually wear, you'd better take the right size to feel it. Maybe your figure has grown taller or lost weight, so it is most appropriate to change it.

Measure your size about once a year, and then make sure you are wearing the right bra. Physical growth is either because you have obviously lost weight, or because you are pregnant, and your figure has to change, because of the secondary development of women during pregnancy. If you want to wear the right size, this is a good habit you should stick to.

First, put your arm through the chest strap.

Traditional bras always have a chest strap, which is used to connect the cup with the back of the bra, bypass the arm and connect to the back, with front and back sides and small buttons for tightness.

Fasten the bra again.

Most bras have hooks on the back to connect the left and right sides of the bra. Generally, there are 2 or 3 hooks on one side and 2 or 3 loops on the other side for connection. Pay attention to the hook sequence when wearing, so as not to cause discomfort. There will be 2 or 3 positions to adjust the tightness of the bra, so you can adjust the bra slightly to make it tighter or looser and make your home feel more comfortable.

Adjust the shoulder strap.

Don't think you're wearing a bra after you buckle it. You just put it on, not on.

What needs to be done is: adjust the shoulder strap so that it fits your shoulder completely, not too tight or too loose. If they are too loose, they will slide from your shoulders to your elbows. It's embarrassing to lose short sleeves in summer. And if they are too tight, you will feel uncomfortable, and you will also pull the bra cups too high.

Feel whether the bra is in the right position.

When you put on a bra and adjust the shoulder strap, you should gently pull the shoulder strap and the side and back of the bra to make sure it fits. Then you can confirm whether the breasts are all in the cup. If not, then stand up, bend over, lower your back about two feet, and slowly adjust your chest, which will move your chest in the right direction.

How to move the breast into the cup?

? If so, feel whether one side of your breast is left outside each breast, such as the tissue under your armpit. Stand in front of the mirror, touch the tissue next to each breast with the opposite hand, then move inward, and lift the breast at the same time, so that it completely fills the cup. The other one is adjusted in the same way. The lower edge of the bra should be just along the bottom of the breast, and there should be no extra space for the breast to droop. Your chest should be firm and upward, don't hang under your underwear.

Then smooth your breasts.

If you see a small protrusion above the cup, it will make your chest look like it is going to protrude. You can use two fingers of one hand to smooth the breasts above the bra cup, press the breasts down a little, let them enter your bra, and adjust what the breasts should look like after adapting to the bra.

Finally, check whether there are knots on the edge of the shoulder strap and bra.
