Do yoga for half an hour every day, what will happen to your body?
1. physical health has been improved. I have been thin since I was a child. I belong to the short and thin type that others worry that I will be blown away by the wind. Fortunately, I didn't have any illness in the first 20 years. I got gastritis the year before, and my physical condition was not as good as before. At that time, the doctor suggested taking more exercise to recuperate my spleen and stomach. Yoga is actually a systematic exercise, and every part of my body will stretch accordingly. For example, massaging the spine, abdomen and waist will improve the body, so after six months of exercise, it may also be the energy consumption of exercise. My appetite is much better than before, and I pay more attention to my diet. I will eat more fruits and vegetables and have a light and regular diet. For a long time, I squeezed myself a glass of juice after a nap every day, so now my spleen and stomach are much better, and gastritis has not recurred for half a year. Because I have been studying, I have been sitting in classrooms and libraries all the year round, and sometimes my back hurts, especially after sitting for a long time. I bought a massager to massage before I came into contact with yoga. After practicing yoga, going back and forth to the yoga studio every day will increase the walking time, and long-term practice has a particularly significant effect on my low back pain. If I don't sit for a few days, my low back pain will basically disappear.

2. Temperament improvement and external image change. First of all, because yoga can improve the posture, correct the wrong posture and stretch the bones and muscles of the whole body, the whole person looks more energetic than before, and the walking posture, standing posture and sitting posture are better than before. Although yoga is a sport with less exercise, I have developed a faint vest line because of long-term persistence, but my stomach is a little fleshy, and it seems that the effect is not good enough. I'm still trying. Let's cheer together.

Secondly, exercise is really the best skin care product. I belong to the kind of natural beauty, my skin is not white or good, allergies are prone to acne, and I have been living in the change of acne. I tried some skin care products of online celebrities before, but to be honest, it really ... didn't work much. After insisting on yoga, because some postures of yoga help to expel body toxins, the skin is much more stable and transparent than before, with less acne and better skin condition of the whole face, but it is still a bit difficult. However, after exercise, I did grow a little stronger and look stronger than before.

3. learn to persist. In the past six months of practicing yoga, except for my official holidays and business trips in other places, I have basically practiced a lesson every day, that is, for an hour, without interruption. No matter how much I want to steal a lazy person that day, I will force myself to finish practicing, and every time I don't want to practice and lie down, I will feel that my persistence is correct, because every time I relax after practice, my body and mind are happy, and I like that relaxed feeling. Because I have regular exercise every day, I have also participated in a few small marathons. During marathon training, I sometimes want to give up when I run, but I won't. Persistence in practicing yoga makes me understand that in order to see good results, I must stick to it. Every time I rush to the finish line exhausted, I feel gratified for myself. I have succeeded again and made a little progress.

4. Internal changes, the spirit is improved. When a person is depressed, frustrated and feeling gloomy in life, personally, one of the best ways to get up is to insist on physical exercise and reading.

Sometimes I feel depressed that day. After a yoga class, I practiced quietly and intently for an hour, without thinking, focusing on my body and breathing, which made me feel tired and relieved of stress, at least at that moment.
