Before embarking on the road of fitness, I used to be a confused young man. I wasted my sophomore year in online games, dreaming that the university is such a beautiful place every day. Looking back now, it really hurts, but it is also a mental journey for me. I just hope it won't be long. Long-term lack of exercise led to a rapid decline in my physical fitness. On the basketball court, I was beaten to doubt life. I feel desperate, and my energy is getting weaker every day, just like sucking powder. Now I am full of energy every day, and I am so quality and confident every day. I never want to go back.

In this way, I drifted off for a year and arrived in my junior year. One day, I came across a photo of lazare. The beast-like muscles shocked me. That is a perfect interpretation of men's masculinity. This is a real man. I think it's time for me to change.

So my fitness journey began. From the initial unarmed movements, push-ups, sit-ups, etc. , to some simple instruments such as dumbbells, pull-ups lever, arm strength, etc. And then go to the fitness center for multi-instrument system training.
