I felt ashamed after seeing this 98-year-old grandfather. Although I also have the habit of exercising on weekdays, I can't do it on average. I spend an hour every day.

Due to the busy work and life, my exercise mode is mainly realized by running and walking in the morning.

Even if you run in the morning, you can't take part in exercise every day; Just because many times, I have to get up early to study, make breakfast and so on.

If you want to be truly free and live for yourself, you may really need it. At uncle's age!

For a 98-year-old man who can take care of himself, he just doesn't disturb his family.

Moreover, the elderly during this period also need to strengthen physical exercise and keep healthy.

In my personal daily life, there are two main exercise habits.

The time between running in the morning and sleeping at night is between10: 30-11:30.

The next morning, if you want to take part in the morning running exercise, you need to get up around 6:20, otherwise it will affect the daily arrangement later.

So seven days a week, I will only choose Monday, Wednesday, Friday and July morning running for exercise.

On the other three days, you can give yourself half an hour's sleep and make breakfast for your family.

Compared with running in the morning, walking after supper is an exercise habit. Personally, I insist on taking a walk after dinner.

As long as the weather is not bad, there will be a walk exercise almost every night.

The duration of exercise is usually 1-2 hours, and the number of steps for walking every day is also between 5000- 15000.

I still like this habit.

On the one hand, you can exercise easily, and you can also take a walk to relieve your inner troubles and pressures.

On the other hand, I can also make good use of this time to accompany my wife and children.
