Are vitamins important for fitness?
Vitamins are a very large family (A, B, C, D, E, K, PP, nicotinic acid, etc. ), and vitamin B family actually includes B 1, B2, B6, B 12, etc. So many vitamins are very important to our health. But there are only two most important vitamins related to our fitness enthusiasts, especially those who want to practice muscle lines and do strength training: vitamin C and vitamin E.
