According to Item (1) of Article 36 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, those who fail to pass the health permit inspection of gymnasiums may be ordered to suspend business for rectification. Operators of public places who fail to carry out hygiene inspection on the air, microclimate, water quality, lighting, lighting, noise and articles for customers in public places in accordance with regulations shall be ordered by the health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level to make corrections within a time limit, given a warning and may be fined not more than 2,000 yuan; If no correction is made within the time limit, resulting in the hygiene quality of public places not meeting the hygiene standards and requirements, a fine of more than 2,000 yuan and less than 20,000 yuan shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, it may be ordered to suspend business for rectification according to law until the health permit is revoked. Therefore, if the gym hygiene license inspection is unqualified, the relevant departments have the right to order it to suspend business for rectification.
