To take the fitness instructor certificate, you must master the relevant fitness knowledge and special skills, such as anatomy, physiology, sports, nutrition and practical knowledge, as well as the professional quality and ethics related to fitness instructors.

Works available for reference include: sports anatomy, sports physiology, sports nutrition, fitness coach, sports training, basic theory of physical fitness, sports medicine, muscle bodybuilding training chart, sports biomechanics, etc. There may be many versions of these books, so it is best to choose the latest ones published by sports colleges.

If you want to become a professional fitness instructor, you must pass the training examination of the national fitness instructor qualification certificate and the certificate issued by the State Sports General Administration. National vocational training is divided into primary, intermediate and advanced. There are opportunities for exams every month or several months. The test time is basically more than two days, and the test difficulty is not particularly high. As long as you learn the basics carefully, you can easily pass the exam.

Only with this certificate can you have the opportunity to become a fitness instructor.

The content of the national vocational examination is divided into three parts: 1. Physical quality.

Boys with primary physique should do 40 standard push-ups, 60 squats and sit forward (don't bend over, boys' fingertips should touch their toes for not less than five seconds).

Girls do 15 standard push-ups and 40 squats at one time, and bend forward in a sitting position (without hunchback, girls' wrists touch their toes for not less than five seconds).

The number of male coaches in national middle and senior positions increased by 10 (very standard).

2. Theory

Multiple-choice questions involving human joints, bones, muscles, nutrition and other aspects generally have examination scope.

Step 3: Practice

Practical exercises are divided into three parts: resistance training, stretching (relaxing muscles), aerobic (treadmill, elliptical machine, mountaineering machine, etc. ). Resistance can be divided into free instruments (such as self-weight, dumbbells, barbells) and fixed instruments (such as chest push). Stretching can be divided into active (stretching yourself) and passive (others stretching themselves). Aerobic needs to talk about the essentials of action and various precautions.

The actual exercise adopts the lottery test: resist 14 muscle, draw a muscle to test, and then draw the resistance in the form of free instrument or fixed instrument. Stretch 13 muscles, take one test, and then draw whether the stretching form is active stretching or passive stretching. There is no weight limit in the exam, as long as the action standard is enough, and instructions are given when doing the action.

You can take these training exams yourself, or go to a health club or studio to practice. Of course, in order to study more scientifically and systematically, I still suggest that you report to a fitness training institution or college for in-depth study and training.
