Tai Ji Chuan competition and fitness are actually the same thing, the only difference is whether you practice kung fu or not. Keep fit without practicing kung fu. Maybe it's wrong. You can control it yourself.
At the beginning, you must hold your head high and lead the way. Take your time. Don't be condescending Don't twist your leg Don't ask for standards, just make a gesture and it's done. The movements should be as generous, flexible and appropriate as possible.
The direction, position, rotation, center of gravity and even shoes of legs and feet should be carefully selected. Make sure every little gesture is comfortable. Don't hurt your leg. This is the premise of practicing Tai Ji Chuan's fitness.
In particular, the position and transformation of the foot and the center of gravity of the sole (not the center of gravity of the body) are very important. Use your instinct to make yourself as light as possible.
Don't be limited to what the teacher said about how to prevent leg injuries. You have to experience it yourself.
On the premise of not hurting the leg, the whole body can be integrated, one by one, with hands (1 road) and skills (2 roads).
Many of Tai Ji Chuan's boxing theories can only be understood through his own practice. Don't just read books or talk on paper.
